The most exclusive seaside resort in Tuscany is Punta Ala. It is known not only for its yacht club but best villas in Tuscny. Another resort area is Monte Argentario. Monte Argentario is located on a rocky island and is covered with dense Mediterranean forest. Today it is connected to the continent by two sandy isthmuses between which there is a lagoon protected by the International Fund for Nature.

Porto Santo Stefano is the largest resort on the island, situated on the broad terraces leading down to a picturesque bay. And one more well-known resort is Porto Ercole. There are small hidden beaches among the high coastal cliffs of the island, some of which are only accessible by boat.
